MICHAEL J. OBUCHOWSKI of Rockingham, Windham County, Democrat, was born in Bellows Falls, Vermont, on February 4, 1952. He was educated in elementary and high schools in Bellows Falls, Vermont. He attended summer programs at Bennington College and Philips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts, and attended Harvard College. He is employed as Assistant to the CEO at Basketville, Inc., Putney, Vermont. Member of: Bellows Falls High School Alumni Association, secretary; Rockingham Charities, Ltd., former board member; Health Center at Bellows Falls, former incorporator and board member; New England Kurn Hattin Homes, incorporator and trustee; Our Place Drop-In Center, former board member; B.P.O.E. #1619; Polish-American Club; Sons of the American Legion, Post 37; Falls Area Community Television, board member; Friends of the Rockingham Free Public Library; Abenaqui Rod & Gun Club; Bellows Falls Terriers Booster Club; Bellows Falls Historical Society; Grafton Museum of Natural History; Friends of the Vermont State House; WOOL 101.1 fm Black Sheep Radio, member; Our Town group, Bellows Falls and Rockingham Democratic committee. Member of the House 1973-74, 1975-76, 1977-78, 1979-80, 1981-82, 1983-84, 1985-86, 1987-88, 1989-90, 1991-92, 1993-94, 1995-96, 1997-98, 1999-2000, 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006, 2007-2008. CAROLYN W. PARTRIDGE of Windham, Windham County, Democrat, was born on January 21, 1949, in Hackensack, New Jersey, and became a resident of present town in May, 1985. Occupation: Self-employed farmer and seamstress. She was educated at Westfield High School, Westfield, New Jersey; New York University, New York, New York (Bachelor's Degree, 1971). She is married to Alan C. Partridge, and they have three sons. Member of: Windham School Board, Chair; Windham Regional Planning Commissioner and Executive Board Member; Windham Congregational Church, Deacon; Windham Community Organization; Cultural Heritage Tourism Advisory Council.
