MICHAEL J. OBUCHOWSKI of Rockingham, Windham County, Democrat, was born in Bellows Falls, Vermont, on February 4, 1952. He was educated in elementary and high schools in Bellows Falls, Vermont. He attended summer programs at Bennington College and Philips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts, and attended Harvard College. He is employed as Assistant to the CEO at Basketville, Inc., Putney, Vermont.
