KATE WEBB
of Shelburne, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Lewiston, Maine on January 22, 1951. Occupation: Special Education/Speech Language Pathologist. She grew up in Chappaqua, NY, graduating from Horace Greeley High School in 1969. She was educated at the University of Vermont, receiving her BA in Psychology (1975) and MS in Communication Science (1980). She is also a clinical professor for the University of Vermont Communication Science Department and has completed post-grad coursework in educational leadership through St. Michael’s College. She serves on the board of the Vermont Association for Psychological Type-international and presents introductory workshops to schools and non-profits using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Kate has been married to Marshall Webb for 20 years. She has 2 daughters: Sarah and Diana, 2 stepdaughters: Molly and Lila, 3 sons-in-law: Will, Paul and David, and one grandson, Rowan.
