of Enosburg Falls, Franklin County, Republican, was born in St. Albans, Vermont on August 15, 1944. Occupation: Retired from IBM of Essex Junction, Vermont and former owner and operator of Joe’s Country Store. He was educated at Enosburg Falls Elementary and Enosburg High School and attended Vermont Technical College. He has one son and one daughter and two grandchildren. Lifelong Franklin County resident. Former Chairman of the Franklin County Republican Committee; Former Chairman of the Enosburg Falls Board of Adjustment; Former Franklin County High Bailiff; Former Board Member of the Enosburg Falls Country Club.
